Investors

PLIG monitors and audits case progression, settlement negotiation outcomes and general performance from ‘cradle to grave’ and provides monthly reports to the Investors. Investors also have remote access to case management systems within each Law Firm to audit case progression and status in real time.

Through its network of Investor relationships PLIG would provide prospective Investors diversification through the litigation of Claims through a number of Panel Law Firms that are trained centrally, providing a more stable and less concentrated risk profile. This enables efficiencies that will lead to better scaling opportunities, ultimately reducing the operational risk of processing large volume of Claims.

Law Firms

PLIG provides all Law Firms on the Platform with the litigation strategy and training through its centralised training and support services centre, where litigation case staff will be trained in the successfully running of onboarded Claim Seams. Law Firms, once vetted and approved, will be able to draw down from Investor funding to scale up Claim volume and internal operations, the latter of which will be provided through drawdowns in the form of upfront WIP in respect to the running of litigation Claims.
