Pearl Legal Investment Group (PLIG) addresses the lack of transparency and accountability in the UK’s litigation funding space. Made up of several key founding partners, PLIG has reached agreements with best-in-class counterparties across the UK’s litigation funding sector. Unlike other participants in the sector all counterparties within the PLIG litigation structure adheres to Claim criteria and minimum Quantum values that ensure a majority of fees/earnings are back-ended thus eliminating the common issue of large upfront cash leakage.
PLIG will provide a centralised training and support services team for all partner firms. This will ensure the successful and homogenous litigation of Claims across the network and enable sustainable scaling up of both PLIG’s Network and Claim Seams.
